How long should I use it?

We recommend 15 to 20 minutes a day: 5 sets of 10 with 30 seconds of rest between each set are more than enough. Use a weight that you're comfortable with, but still challenges you. If your forearms hurt because of body aches, take one or two days off to let them recover. Stay consistent and you'll see results!
